Rapid Quality Docs is operated by Warren Schmidt. We collect your supplied name, contact email and business details, project briefs, templates, uploaded files, comments and trial activity to prepare and review documents and administer your trial.
A necessary browser cookie gives access to your own trial workspace for up to seven days. Keep using the same browser; clearing cookies or ending the session removes that browser's access. Contact emails supplied during browser trials are not verified and do not identify an existing account.
Trial entry, confidentiality acceptance and successful submissions are recorded and may be reported to the operator through ChatGPT. Website files and records use the site's hosting and storage infrastructure. Automatic AI processing is not currently enabled; submissions need preparation and review before documents are released.
Please upload only information you are authorised to share, and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Use Trial feedback & help to request access, correction or deletion, or contact the operator through your existing invitation contact if you cannot enter the trial. Requests are reviewed by the operator; an ownership check may be needed before access is restored or records are removed. A self-service deletion or automatic retention schedule is not currently active. Ending a browser session does not itself delete uploaded project records. Project pages offer an authorised ZIP copy of the project records, uploads and revisions within the export size limit. This is not a tested disaster-recovery backup. An optional text draft can be kept in session storage in your current browser tab; no files or confidentiality acceptance are kept in that draft. Use Forget saved draft to remove it, or close the tab. Feedback and help requests and operator work-time records are also stored to improve and administer the trial.
