- Enter your name, business and contact email, then accept the confidentiality terms.
- Set up your company details. For each document type, upload your template or choose Create one for me.
- Submit one small document job or project quote to start. Include the scope, site details and the information you want checked.
- Your brief is saved to your workspace. Scope, missing information and delivery timing need to be agreed before preparation.
- Return in the same browser to review documents, request amendments and download files when available. Tell us what worked and what needs improving.
What you can trial
Project briefs, company templates, quality records, commissioning information, O&M handovers and quote preparation using your quantities, rates and price lists.
This is a supervised trial. Documents and quote packs require preparation and review; they do not appear instantly. Automatic AI drafting, drawing takeoff and drawing generation are not connected. No delivery date is guaranteed until the scope is confirmed.
Examples on the homepage are illustrative. Drawings are concepts, and trial outputs need the appropriate project review, approval and any required certification before use.
Before you upload
Document briefs accept up to four supporting files: 10 MB per file and 20 MB total. Quote briefs accept up to eight files within the same size limits. Supported formats are shown on each upload field.
For larger drawing sets, split them into relevant sheets or send a support request to agree another transfer method. Do not paste public links to confidential files.
Only upload information you are authorised to share. Your contact email is visitor-supplied and unverified. Trial entry, terms acceptance and successful submission are recorded as separate stages.
Access and help
No ChatGPT account is needed. Trial access lasts up to seven days in the browser where you started. Clearing cookies or ending the session removes access from that browser. A new session does not automatically recover old projects.
Keep your submission reference. Use Trial feedback & help for a problem, missing information, access help or a data deletion request. Requests appear in the operator’s portal; this is not an automated email service.
